Q. How can I hire your services?

The best way to contact us is to fill out our contact us form, so you can discuss your party decoration needs with one of our professional balloon artists.

Q. How long in advance should I place my order?

In order to allow enough time to work together on the details of your order, we recommend that all jobs be booked/confirmed at least two weeks in advance. Event set up dates and times are first come first serve. To avoid disappointment that we are not available for your event date, we suggest you contact us once you have secured your venue.

Q. How do I pay for my décor?

Once your order is finalized, an invoice will be emailed to you that can be paid online with a credit card. 

For schools, organizations, and corporations, we understand a check may need to be processed for payment. If a payment cannot be made before the event date, a signed contract will be required.

Q. What will be the delivery and setup charges?

The delivery and set-up charge for decoration varies based on location and time frames.

Q. Do the prices include removal of the decor?

No. An additional fee will apply. Please notify us when booking your décor if a take down and removal is needed.

Q. Is a deposit required?

Yes, In order to book your event we required a deposit of 50% and the remaining balance is due 1 week before the event date. 

Q. How long will the decor last? 

That depends on the environmental conditions and if the decor is air-filled, or helium filled.   A regular 11″ helium balloon has a lifespan of about 18 hours.  We can extend the float time by use of Hi-Float, a polymer that is added to the balloon prior to inflation.  This can increase the float time by several days.  Air-filled decor can last for days or even weeks under the right conditions.

 

Q. Why is there a delivery, setup and strike charge?

Delivery charge depends on the location of the event and starts at $45. While most décor items includes a standard setup fee, a separate set up fee may be charge depending on the complexity of installation and where special rigging framework or equipment is required. A strike charge is when we return and remove the décor and retrieve our equipment, this is not required for all décor items.

Q. Do the prices include removal of the decor?

NO, removal of decor is not included. A quote can be provided is this service is required.

Q. How and when do I have to pay?

In order to book your event we required a deposit of 50% and the remaining balance is due 1 week before the event date.

 

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. Orders canceled 30 days or more prior to your event are eligible for a credit for your next event equal to monies paid, however no refund will be given. Orders less than 30 days from event are not eligible for cancellation. Refunds are not provided on any orders.

Q. Is there a difference from air-filled and helium filled balloons? 

Yes, Air-filled decor can last for days or even weeks under the right conditions. Air-filled balloons do not float. 

Q. Can you come to the event venue and tell me what I need ?

We can provide an onsite consultation for a $75 per visit. This fee is applied to your invoice when you book your event with us. You can also take pictures, videos, measurements and send us the details for a phone consultation at no cost.

Q. Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?

Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable. Foil balloons are not biodegradable but are able to be recycled.
